He needs the electrical wire and cable cut by the foot and requests 42' pieces of 3/0 - 1/C of Type W Portable Power Cable along with 42' of 1 AWG - 1/C Type W Portable Power Cable.  These cables are then placed on the outside of the truck which can be seen in the photo above.

Are you looking for a multi-conductor cable with THHN wire?  Say you need 4 runs of THHN wire but want it all in one jacket, do you know which cable to look for?

We here at Wire And Cable Your Way often get calls from first time customers who know they need THHN wires but want it all in one jacket and are not exactly sure where to find this cable?

If this sounds familiar to you we recommend taking a look at our Tray Cable (THHN-PVC).

Our Tray Cable (THHN-PVC) consists of a strong durable jacket rated for direct burial that is filled with multiple conductors of THHN wire.  Being that it is rated for direct burial, you do not need a conduit.  Many of our Tray Cables also come with a ground wire.

The Tray Cable differs from standard THHN Building Wire in that THHN Building Wire comes in a nylon jacket that can only buried in a conduit underground.   THHN Copper Building Wire is also one single conductor.
