Why does my item not exactly match the picture you have on your website? 

Pictures on our website are given to us from the manufacturers, and usually they do not provide separate pictures for all items. We advise all customers to purchase based on the product description and specifications. If you ever have any questions regarding a product, we recommend contacting our customer service agents.

Who manufactures your products?

In order to offer the very best pricing, we supply standard material and over-stock from a number of respected manufacturers, including: Belden Cable, Coleman Cable, General Cable, Nexans, Southwire, and United Copper Industries. While our stock varies on any given day, we ensure that all of our products are made according to strict industry standards, and all products are either warrantied by the manufacturer or backed by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is your warranty policy?

Manufacturers' Warranties - Product may be covered, to the extent available, by warranties that are extended by the manufacturer of the product. Buyer acknowledges that any applicable warranties are the warranties of the manufacturer of the product only, not warranties of Wire and Cable Your Way, and that any claim brought by Buyer with respect to these warranties will be brought against such manufacturer.

Wire and Cable Your Way’s Product Warranty - Should any Wire and Cable Your Way product not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty prove to contain a manufacturing defect within one (1) year from the date of Wire and Cable Your Way's invoice, upon written notice and return of the product to Wire and Cable Your Way, the product will be replaced or repaired at Wire and Cable Your Way’s sole option f.o.b. original destination point. Wire and Cable Your Way will not be obligated in any way for installation costs, incidental or consequential damages or costs, loss of profits, or any other costs resulting from any defect.

WIRE AND CABLE YOUR WAY'S PRODUCT WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO OEM, COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL USERS OR PURCHASERS FOR PURPOSES OF RESALE OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT OTHERWISE COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. WIRE AND CABLE YOUR WAY'S PRODUCT WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WIRE AND CABLE YOUR WAY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL UCC AND COMMON LAW IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Can I track my order status?

To check your order status, login to My Account and view your order history.

Approved - Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department and is being prepared for shipping.

Shipped/Completed - Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.

Void - Your order has been canceled and normally your credit card has not been billed. If it was billed, we have issued a proper refund which should appear on your next statement.

My order never arrived, what do I do now? 

If your order has not been delivered, please check the status and your email inbox to ensure the item was not cancelled or backordered. If you are not able to find any more information, please contact our customer service agents so that we may track down your order.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes, you can ship using your own fedex or ups account number  Please call 855-880-8010 prior to placing an order.

Why am I charged sales tax?

We are obligated to charge a sales tax on all orders placed within the states we have warehouses.  Are you tax exempt?  If Yes, please upload your tax exempt or resale certificate to your account.  Please do not submit your order if you are being charged sales tax after you have uploaded your tax exempt certificate.  Sales tax will not be reimbursed after the order is submitted.
