SRML wire may be used as motor lead wire in hazardous locations or lead wire for electrical equipment in high temperature environments. Other uses include lighting fixtures, sun lamps, and other therapeutic devices. SRML wire is flexible and fire resistant. Sizes 6 AWG and smaller are rated at 150°C. Sizes 4 AWG and larger are rated at 200°C.
