Traffic Signal Cable
Traffic and pedestrian signal systems have their own specificities when it comes to cabling. Cables must meet requirements for underground conduit installation, aerial cable supported by a messenger, loop detector lead-in installations, and messenger cable for aerial installations.
Traffic signal cables are part of permanent traffic light systems and are built to withstand the harshest of environmental factors and underground conditions.
We offer stranded bare copper conductors insulated with polyethylene which is then twisted together and finished with a black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket and are manufactured to meet the latest International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) specifications. Colors are available to meet color coding requirements.
