Shipping & Returns
General Shipping Information
In-stock orders placed before 3pm CST generally ship on the same business day unless otherwise noted. Our business days are Monday through Friday; we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major US Holidays.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number within 1-2 business days from the time its shipped. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history.
Expedited shipments are delivered Monday-Friday except on US Holidays.
We cover all freight costs on standard shipping orders over $1,000 in the USA excluding Hawaii & Alaska. Wire & Cable Your Way reserves the right to select the most cost-effective courier service on all freight orders.
For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Orders of $1,000 or more will require extra verification and may be delayed as a result.
Reschedule Shipping Date
Customer is responsible for all freight re-consignment delivery fees should he/she cancel, reschedule, or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weIght of your order and where you are shipping to. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and then proceeding through the checkout. You will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping options and costs before submitting your order. Wire And Cable Your Way reserves the right to request additional funds if shipping to islands outside of Washington State.
Shipping Outside of the U.S.
We are able to ship our products to a freight forwarder within the USA who can then ship abroad. Please call 855-880-8010 for any shipping inquiries outside the U.S.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/Military address
At this time we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or to an APO/FPO/Military address.
You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to contact us for a return/exchange.
Please contact us at email@example.com, or call 855-880-8010 to authorize the return. Have your order number or name the order was placed with ready and we will email you an RMA (return) number and instructions for return withing 48 hours.
If we shipped you an incorrect or defective product we will send you a return shipping label.
As soon as the product has been received on our end, we will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase.
Other returns and refused packages will incur a 30% re-stocking fee plus freight.
**Wire & Cable Your Way is not responsible for any shortage claims once the material is cut. (On all material offered by the foot we will cut to the exact length you need without cut charges) ***
Returned items need to meet the following guidelines:
• The item is in its original box and original packaging
• The item has not been used or cut in any way.
Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, further additional fees may occur or the return may be refused with no refund.
Orders will not be cancelled or modified either in whole or in part, after Wire and Cable Your Way has shipped to Buyer. Refunds on orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
