With warehouses throughout various states in America, we will be charging sales tax for orders shipped within those states. You will be charged according to the sales tax of the ship-to address within those states. Sales tax will not be charged for ship-to addresses in other states.
If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact us at 855-880-8010 for assistance. We will ask you to fax us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate and you can place the order with us over the phone.

For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Orders of $1,000 or more will require extra verification and may be delayed as a result.
To check your order status, login to My Account and view your order history.
Approved - Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department and being prepared for shipping.
Shipped/Completed - Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.
Void - Your order has been canceled and normally your credit card has not been billed. If it was billed, we have issued a proper refund which should appear on your next statement.
Order changes or cancellation
We will make very effort to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping and a 30% restocking fee.
