We are producing LED Lighting for Greenhouse Growers of both Flowers and vegetables. The LED lighting reduces the power by consuming as much as 70 % less over conventional lighting. Studies now are showing healthier and faster growing plants when LED lighting is used in conjunction with normal sun light. This allows growers to get to market sooner with greater profits. We are using Wire & Cable To Go's, UL approved, STO power cable to interface with the AC line from voltage ranges of 100 to 528 volts AC.

These are taken inside our Inertial Electrostatic Confinement Fusion laboratory.  The 10/3 SOOW Portable cords are carrying power from an isolation transformer via 3 circuit-breaker boxes to experimental apparatus located around the laboratory.  This system was installed so that all of our apparatus and associated equipment could be put on the same designated ground point.

It's always exciting for us here at Wire And Cable Your Way to see the different types of wire and cable our customers use for solar power applications.

Recently, we received a few photos from our customer Roger in California whose company sells solar hot water systems.

Roger uses our 10/3 SJEOOW Portable Cord - 300v  (see above) which connects to the solar hot water system. Once connected the SJEOOW Cord helps bring power from the six solar PV panels (see below) down to the hot water system.



The SJEOOW is a very popular cord made up of a thermoplastic elastomer rubber jacket which is both durable and flexible.  The SJEOOW cable is outdoor rated and oil resistant.

Sending a thanks to our customer, James, for sending us this photo depicting the trench dug between his barn and his service pole.  We like the angle of this photo and how it captures two main points of connection - the barn and the service pole.  James purchased our THHN Copper Building Wire for the connection and ran it through a conduit which will then be laid in the trench seen above.
